We are recruiting on behalf of an international B2B services company that is part of a fast-growing group. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for key finance and operational roles. This is a hands-on role with real impact and autonomy.
📍 Location: Warsaw or Wrocław (remote-first with occasional office visits)
💼 Contract type: Employment contract (UoP)
💰 Salary: Up to 10,000 PLN gross (UoP)
⏰ Availability: Full-time
Run full-cycle recruitment processes independently (from intake to offer)
Focus on hiring for finance, operations, and administrative positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate technical interviews with an internal expert
Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, direct search, etc.)
Ensure a great candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
Stay adaptable in a fast-changing business environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Proven track record in recruiting finance and operations profiles
Strong independence and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setup
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Very good command of English (international working environment)
Based in or open to occasional visits in Warsaw or Wrocław
